The American Heart Association is a worldwide leader in First Aid, CPR, and AED and BLS Basic Life Support training – educating more than 22 million people globally in CPR each year.

Texas CPR Training and American Heart Association is always seeking professionals to conduct training in First Aid, CPR, AED and BLS Basic Life Support for healthcare providers.

If you are passionate about saving lives, motivated to facilitate learning, feel comfortable in group settings, and find it easy to make complex concepts understandable to others, you may be a perfect candidate.

Corporate Instructor

Companies may find it more cost effective to have an instructor onsite.

Independent Instructor

Earn extra money, set your own hours, be your own boss.

The cost is $250.00 for the Instructor’s Course if you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth areas.
The cost for the Instructor’s Course if out of town/state is $500.00 completed virtually via Zoom.
There is a no refund policy once payment has been made.

Prerequisites:

If you are a BLS Basic Life Support Instructor you can teach all BLS healthcare provider courses and Heartsaver courses.
If you are a Heartsaver Instructor you can only teach Heartsaver courses.

After all of the above is complete you will co-teach a class at our Garland location or if outside of Texas you will be monitored teaching your first class before you go out on your own.
